Sean began dancing at age 4 and at age 10 entered the National Ballet School, where he was one of the first recipients of the Peter Dwyer scholarship for outstanding achievement. At the National Ballet School he was trained by such world renowned teachers as Betty Oliphant, Glenn Gilmour, Daniel Sellier, Eric Bruhn, Hector Zaraspe, and Eugene Valukin to mention just a few. During his development years as a dancer he was trained in the Cecchetti, the Royal Academy, and the Vaganova methods of training which helps him bring a wide range of dance knowledge into the dance studio. Upon graduation, he joined the National Ballet of Canada, where he became a soloist within three years. During his eight years with the National Ballet of Canada, he danced many solo and principal roles and worked with and partnered such world renowned artists as, Karen Kain, Rudolph Nureyev, Veronica Tennant, Natalia Makariva, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Anna Botafogo, Elisabeth Terabust, Eva Evdokimova and Evelyn Hart. Sean has also worked with such Choreographic legends in the dance world such as Sir Frederick Ashton, Celia Franca, George Balanchine, Maurice Bejart, James Kudelka, Brian Macdonald, John Neumeier, Roland Petite, and Glen Tetley. Mr. Boutilier was a former Principal Dancer and Resident Guest Artist with Ballet Florida and during his dance career has made guest appearances with several major American ballet companies, as well as being a guest soloist with the Canadian Opera Company, performing with Joan Sutherland under the direction of Richard Bonning. He also appeared in many dance related films and shows including the “Karen Kain Special”. He has served on various Advisory Boards, including the Mississauga Arts Council and Ryerson Polytechnic University. Mr. Boutilier holds his Advanced Cecchetti Diploma where he was awarded the level of distinction and is an Associate Diploma Member of the Cecchetti Society. He is also a graduate of the National Ballet of Canada's teachers training program. All of these achievements make him a highly respected coach, teacher and adjudicator, bringing a wealth of experience from the world of dance into the studio. |

Sheona Bell-Williston, named in 1992 to the position of Co-Artistic Director of the Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance in Mississauga, is a graduate of the Dance Program at the University of Waterloo and the National Ballet School of Canada where she was awarded her Teacher Training Certificate. Mrs. Bell-Williston also has her Advanced Cecchetti Diploma and is an Associate Licentiate Member of the Cecchetti Society. As ballet assistant at the National Ballet School and as a faculty member at the Etobicoke School of the Arts, Sheona continues developing her skills as a teacher. She finds great rewards in sharing her knowledge of dance with children and adults to develop a high standard of technique in the studio. Some of her students have moved on to the National Ballet School and The Royal Winnipeg Ballet School. |

| Mark Williston was born in New Brunswick, where he graduated from Oulton’s Business College with a certificate in Accounting. He has brought his experience in both business and public relations to his position as Administrative Director at the Mississauga school. He is currently a member of the Mississauga Board of Trade and an active volunteer and supporter of Ronald McDonald House in Toronto. | ![]() |

| Tanya is a graduate of The National Ballet School’s Teacher Training Program and holds an Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University. While attending NBS, Tanya became an Associate member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, in both the Cecchetti Ballet and National Character branches, as well as a full member of the Royal Academy of Dancing. She recently upgraded her status with the Cecchetti Society by completing her Associate Diploma teaching examination. Tanya is currently teaching full time students at the University of Toronto in the Faculty of Physical Education and Health and completing her Masters degree at York University. | ![]() |

| Mindy was born and raised in North Bay, Ontario and has trained in all disciplines of dance since the age of 10! She is an accomplished choreographer, dancer and instructor who continues to share her passion and love for dance with her students all over Ontario! She has coordinated many NBA, NFL and CFL dance teams including the Toronto Raptors Dance PAk(NBA) in which she was a team member and dance captain for 4 seasons. Mindy has appeared in many dance movies and numerous commercials for Esquire Watches. She has also performed back up dancing for many popular artists such as Hilary Duff, Massari, Kardinal and Akon, Suzie McNeil, Kreesha Turner, Bow Wow, Destiny's Child, Aaron Carter and Neil Young. Recently, Mindy made top 20 (girls') finalists on Season One of So You Think You Can Dance Canada. Mindy is welcoming all dancers to her classes and hopes they enjoy her enthusiasm and unique style. | ![]() |

Michelle is an enthusiastic performer, choreographer, adjudicator and teacher who celebrates dance with an innovative style and inspiring class! Michelle’s dance career began in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario where she trained at Bojangles Art of Dance. While at Bojangles she successfully attained her Intermediate Ballet Certificate for The Royal Academy of Dancing. She went on to receive extensive training at Broadway Dance Center in New York City where she assisted some of America’s hottest teachers. She currently teaches for numerous studios and workshops throughout Ontario and the United States. Michelle has choreographed many award winning competitive pieces, hair, fashion and comedy shows. She choreographed for artist David Michael Anthony including his music video “Supernatural Rollercoaster”. Michelle’s performance experience includes Dr. Phil’s ‘The Power Within’ Seminar, Bell Mobility’s Celebrity Gala, K-OS “Superstar” music video, The Wes Veldink Movement: Walking through Walls, The Honey Kats Gala 2002, Under Construction & Company, Broadway a Tropea, David Michael Anthony’s “Supernatural Rollercoaster” music video and various industrials, films, and television specials. In addition, she had the pleasure of performing as the opening act for N’SYNC’! Michelle is a dancer with energy and passion for the fun and love of dance! |

| Stefanie Koziar C.D.T.A., D.E.A. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Born in Sudbury, Ontario, Stefanie began her training at a very early age and continued her dance education in such places as New York, Chicago and Kentucky. She also had the opportunity to perform throughout Spain! She is a C.D.T.A. member both in acrobatics and tap divisions as well as certified through the D.E.A. Stefanie as been a guest teacher for numerous summer schools throughout Ontario. She continues to share her passion and knowledge with the students of Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance. | ![]() |

| Rachel Parnaby | |||||||||||||||||||
| Rachel began her dance training at Dancers Burlington Inc, under the direction of Alana Turner and Tatiana Stepanova. With extensive training in many disciplines, Rachel furthered her studies by attending, with scholarship, the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre in New York City and the Bayview School of Ballet. Rachel is humbled to be a founding company member of Toronto's professional jazz and contemporary company, Helix Dance Project, under the direction of Linda Garneau. Recent performances include, five full length productions with the Helix Dance Project (Linda Garneau), appearances in Milk and Honey, Bazaar, and the Toronto 1 Show as well as a guest performance with Je Danse (Siona Jackson.) Rachel has balanced her dance training, teaching and performing with her academic studies and in 2006 graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in European History from the University of Toronto. Rachel is thrilled to be a part of the SBAD team. | ![]() |

| Kelly Summers | |||||||||||||||||||
| Kelly is currently in her second year of the Teacher Training Program at the National Ballet School of Canada. She began her training at Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance in Mississauga, studying many styles of dance. Later Kelly graduated from Cawthra Park Secondary School's Regional Arts program as a Dance major. She currently holds her Advanced I with both the Cecchetti Society of Canada and The Royal Academy of Dancing. She also has her Intermediate certificate with the I.S.T.D. National Branch. Kelly has trained and performed across Canada and the United States including New York and Miami. Kelly performed in the 2000 World Youth Day celebrations at Downsview stage and most recently, was a member of the 2008 National Ballet of Canada's season of The Nutcracker. Kelly is currently working on attaining her Registered Teachers Status with the RAD and Associate exams with the I.S.T.D, Cecchetti and National Branches. She is also preparing to take her P.A.E.C. teaching qualifications (jazz branch) exam this spring. She is trilled to be working with the students of Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance! | ![]() |

| Jaclyn Tarnoweckyj BFA (Theatre/Dance), IADA (Certified Adjudicator) | |||||||||||||||||||
Jaclyn is an enthusiastic performer, choreographer and dedicated teacher. Jaclyn began her career in Toronto, Ontario with Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance. Throughout her training at the Academy, she was able to study all genres of dance. Jaclyn has successfully attained her Cecchetti Advanced I Diploma, as well as her RAD Intermediate Certificate. Jaclyn recently attained her certificate (through International Academy of Dance Adjudicators) as a certified adjudicator and is currently working on receiving her Cecchetti Associate Diploma, as well as her Cecchetti Advanced II Diploma. |
